You have direction. Let us build the work that moves it forward
IEI supports defined projects and ongoing marketing needs with clear deliverables and responsibilities, and partners with organisations to deliver brand and marketing learning, guided implementation and individual technical assistance.
Custom scope and proposal
Is this for you
Brands with direction that need hands on the work, and organisations running a group through it.
- You have a launch or campaign to execute.
- You have a website to update or approved strategy awaiting production.
- You have a recurring marketing need.
- You support entrepreneurs through an accelerator, chamber, Main Street programme, CDFI, university, foundation or community initiative.
What you will leave with
- Completed assets or implemented work specified in your proposal
- Campaign graphics and captions, website updates and launch materials
- Agreed workshops or sessions with practical exercises and templates
- Participant working outputs and an agreed delivery summary
How it works
Put the plan into motion.
Share the brief, agree on scope, approve the schedule, review production, and receive the final work. For programmes: define participant needs and goals, agree format and scope, coordinate recruitment, deliver sessions, and provide agreed follow-up.
What is included
Each proposal defines asset counts, channels, reporting and handoff, or cohort size, sessions, delivery mode and measurement. Posting, community management and paid advertising are included only when expressly scoped.
What to bring
Approved strategy, brand files, access and one decision maker. For programmes: programme goals, audience context, budget and schedule.
Why IEI
IEI carries the brand direction through to practical execution, and connects practical learning to the brands participants are actually building.
