Your license
Your brand and its files are licensed to you for your own brand: website, decks, content, and go-to-market, for as long as you need it.
What stays with IEI
The IEI Brand System, the Brand Playbook™ methodology, the frameworks, and the templates remain the intellectual property of IEI Agency. Not for resale, redistribution, or building a competing service.
Your website files
If we are not hosting your site, you get the HTML files. Any developer or host can put them live. Keep a safe copy.
